By creating an account or using CAZEN, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes.
CAZEN provides tools for creative professionals to document ownership, collaborate on projects, and manage agreements. You may use the service for lawful purposes consistent with these terms. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use CAZEN.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, the agreements you create, and the accuracy of ownership information you record. You agree not to upload content that infringes on the rights of others or violates any applicable laws.
CAZEN is a documentation and collaboration tool only. We do not provide legal advice, legal verification, or arbitration services.
Any ownership information, agreements, or split data recorded on the platform are provided solely by users. CAZEN does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of such information.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and legally binding where applicable.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to CAZEN. By uploading content, you grant CAZEN a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display such content solely to provide the service.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and share such content.
You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable laws. CAZEN reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
CAZEN's branding, design, and software are protected by intellectual property laws.
CAZEN is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAZEN shall not be liable for: any disputes between users; any loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities; any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; or any reliance on ownership or agreement data stored within the platform.
You acknowledge that you use the service at your own risk.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
